My name is Michael Schwauna and I am your contact person for everything to do with stairlifts.
Becoming a technical consultant for this was easy. I have even learnt to love this job with its constantly surprising and exciting challenges and to do it responsibly and professionally on a daily basis.
It is particularly important to me personally that you are at the centre of everything we do. And I can say this with complete conviction because, on the one hand, I can look back on over 10 years of experience with stairlifts myself and, at the same time, I can rely on a strong and reliable employer who dares to break new ground in terms of sales and exemplifies customer satisfaction as the highest good.

We are always there for you despite COVID-19

Our consultants and service technicians are still there for you. They are paying attention to our safe hygiene concept in order to protect you in the best possible way:
- Our employees refrain from shaking hands and any direct contact. We also maintain the prescribed minimum distance of 1.5 metres at all times.
- Our consultants and service technicians fully comply with the hygiene regulations and recommendations issued by the Robert Koch Institute and the Federal Ministry of Health.
- Before each customer visit, we enquire whether you are feeling well and whether any cold symptoms have occurred in your household.
- Of course, service technicians and consultants who show even the slightest symptoms do not work.
- Our employees sanitise themselves and any materials they may come into contact with after every visit.
