My name is Stefan Betz. As a technical consultant at Sonilift, I look forward to providing you with responsible and customer-orientated support when it comes to staircase solutions.

You want your independence back and finally want more quality of life again! You want to stay within your own four walls and be able to reach everything without having to ask someone for help! You want to climb the stairs reliably, easily and safely!

It is a daily challenge to work with you to find the optimum solution for your needs and requirements. I am happy to take on this challenge and would like to invite you to get to know me and my employer Sonilift. You can look forward to maintaining your familiar living environment and we can analyse the perfect mobility solution for you together. With more than 15 years of experience, I will be happy to help you.

Barrier-free living, being able to use all levels and rooms again, whether straight or curved stairs, whether steep or narrow, whether inside or outside, soon all of this will no longer be an obstacle for you.

We are always there for you despite COVID-19

We at Sonilift are aware of our responsibility towards you and have taken measures to provide you with expert advice and optimum protection despite the current COVID-19 situation. Our consultants and service technicians are still there for you. They are paying attention to our safe hygiene concept in order to protect you in the best possible way:

• Our employees refrain from shaking hands and any direct contact. We also maintain the prescribed minimum distance of 1.5 metres at all times.
• Our consultants and service technicians fully comply with the hygiene regulations and recommendations issued by the Robert Koch Institute and the Federal Ministry of Health.
• Before each customer visit, we enquire whether you are feeling well and whether any cold symptoms have occurred in your household.
• Of course, service technicians and consultants who show even the slightest symptoms do not work.
• Our employees sanitise themselves and any materials they may come into contact with after every visit.
