- In the case of used goods, a reduction of up to one year is possible.
- In addition, the burden of proof is reduced in the first six months.
Within the first six months from handover, the burden of proof is eased. It is then assumed that the defect was already present from the outset. Therefore, in the event of a complaint within the first six months, only the defect itself must be proven.
