Even after years of experience with stairlifts, we want to constantly develop and improve our service for you. In everything we do, you as the user are always at the center. Because behind every feedback is a personal experience that counts!

Stairs are one of the biggest everyday barriers for elderly or impaired people. By installing a Sonilift stairlift, we provide you with the safety and comfort you are used to in your home . It enhances your quality of life and protects your everyday life.

But if your lift should actually stop, whether it is your own fault or not, provided you have a service contract in place, we guarantee that your lift will be ready for operation again within 24 hours of Sonilift receiving notification of a malfunction (Monday to Friday).

On weekends, we guarantee this service within 48 hours of receiving a fault report (Saturday to Sunday). If we do not keep our promise of SERVICE GUARANTEE, you as a customer will receive a one-time credit of 500,-Euro for this.

Which system is best suited for you can be easily clarified with our experienced consultants. Together, you can clarify which conditions need to be taken into account on your premises. You are also welcome to test drive a stairlift in our showroom. Furthermore, there is always the possibility, if this is possible in your home, to install a straight stairlift on trial. This way you can decide how you like the stairlift and how they like to use it.
